Car Delivery
For an additional fee, we will gladly deliver of your car rental, to your Hotel, Office, Home, Airport, or any place of your choosing, within your pickup location, simply choose "Car Delivery" when you book your reservation, or when you receive your car.

Car Return
For an additional fee, we will pick up your car rental from your Hotel, Office, Home, Airport or anyplace you choose within your drop-off location. Simply choose "Car Return" when you book your reservation, or when you take delivery of your car.

After Hours
Feel free to reserve your car rental for any time that suits you... We will be happy to deliver or pick up your car rental after hours and on holidays...we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our goal at LA Luxury Car Renal is to provide our clients the exact Model car requested and when you provide us with a second choice vehicle we really appreciate the extra flexibility.

Car Return Condition
Vehicle must be returned in a clean condition....

Renter will be charged a minimum of $99 and up to $250 for a car returned in a condition that requires more than a regular car wash to clean.

Some examples of cars that need more than a regular car wash are the following;
1] Any food stains,coffee,soda etc
2] Fast food, loose change, ash between cars seats.
3] Cigarettes or ash in ashtray
4] Cars that are smoked in require full interior detail of $250
5] Excessive exterior dirt...most common is dried bugs on front end of cars and sand under wheel wells due to driving on unpaved roads.
6] Presence of pet hair in vehicle.

Fuel
Vehicle must be returned with a FULL tank of gas.

Our fuel charges are $5.50 per gallon plus a service fee of $25 .

One Way Rentals
Feel free to have your car rental delivered to you in any city within our service area of California, Nevada and Arizona and picked up from you at a different city within our service area.

Acccident Policy
For insurance reasons and your own protection, you must file a police report in the event of an accident to document your statement of the accident. and please contact us promptly @ 866-203-2277. Renter is responsible for damage to rental vehicle, loss of use of rental vehicle, damage caused to third parties and to furnish us with all pertinent information related to the accident.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to pick-up date will incur no charge.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of pick-up date will incur a $1,000 charge.

Renter's Requirements
1) Renter must present a valid original drivers license from country of residence. An international drivers license to serve as a translation if the country drivers license is not in English.
2) A major credit card or bank debit card in the name of renter that can accommodate an authorization of the full amount of the rental plus a deposit of $1,000-$5,000 depending on insurance coverage.
3) Proof of full coverage auto insurance if renter chooses not to purchase our Car Damage Waiver.
