Collision Damage Waiver

Renter is liable for all damage to the rented vehicle, irrespective of fault. Purchase of CDW will reduce renter’s responsibility for collision damage to the rented vehicle to $0, provided the renter complies with the terms of the rental agreement. Renter will still be liable for loss of use of the vehicle while it is being repaired, tires and wheels, windshield and glass, scratches, dings, cracked or broken lights and all wear and tear items (clutch etc).
